Ask a mid-sized Nepali business how it tracks customers, inventory or applications, and the answer is often a combination of paper files, spreadsheets and messaging apps. These tools work until the business grows, and then they quietly hold it back.
Start with a real customer
Our technology holdings began with a simple rule: build for a customer we already know. SewaSoft's first client was the group itself. ApplyUni's first users were our own counsellors. That gave both businesses honest feedback from day one.
“The best software in a frontier market is the kind no one notices, because everything simply works.”
With that foundation, both companies now serve outside clients. Each project adds to a growing pool of local engineering talent that would otherwise leave the country.
What we are looking for
We want to meet founders building vertical software for industries they understand: education, services, logistics and healthcare. We care less about the size of the vision than the clarity of the first problem.
